Lindsay Cooks: Seafood Dynamite

Put the word Dynamite on it and Tony will order it. Seriously. 

We have grown to be huge fans of seafood dynamite at many Japanese restaurants in Honolulu – but being picky eaters we always seem to be leaving something on the plate – usually the mushrooms. So I tried my hand at this dynamite dish at home – using only our favorites! Very easy to bring together and it is truly delicious. This recipe is a keeper! 

  
Ingredients 

2 cups assorted seafood (I used mussels, shrimp, calamari, clams) or frozen bag of mixed seafood
1 teaspoon oil
Small piece of salmon
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped

Dynamite Sauce
1/4 cup kewpie mayonnaise
2 teaspoons sriracha
1 tablespoon masago


Directions:
Make the dynamite sauce by mixing together the mayonnaise, sriracha and masago.

Pan-fry the veggies in oil over medium-high heat. Add salmon and sear all sides. Break up into smaller pieces. 

 After a few minutes, add seafood and continue frying until golden brown and cooked.

Mix the seafood and veggies with half of the dynamite sauce.

Put the mix into an oven-proof baking dish, top with the remaining sauce and broil on high for five minutes.

Remove from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy.
