After a long day of work, sometimes all you want is a home cooked meal. A nice simple to make and quick meal. Any type of stir fry fits the bill here. But two of my favorite ingredients – Shrimp and Broccoli – make it that much better.
This is the first time using a homemade sauce – the Kikoman Stir Fry bottle was a staple in our cabinet. But the homemade sauce is so much better. The husband didn’t enjoy the amount of ginger I used, so next time I will cut back a bit.
Everything comes together in the pan very quickly – and who doesn’t love a one pot meal! Less dishes = more relax time. If you have some other veggies laying around, don’t be shy! Add them to the mix. I can’t wait to try this stir fry sauce recipe with steak! This is for sure one of my favorite Damn Delicious recipes. Check out Chungah’s photos – they are much more vivid and appetizing than mine – the lighting in our kitchen is no bueno!
